Squeeze the juice from a large orange (about 150g).
Mix it with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Pour the mixture into 6 silicone molds and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Melt 100g of dark chocolate with 20g of coconut oil.
Dip the frozen orange-chia discs into the chocolate and store them in the fridge or freezer. If frozen, take them out beforehand to let the inside soften.
