Homemade Ketchup
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot.

  2. Cook on Medium heat, stirring often

  3. Once it boils, reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes and continue to stir often.

  4. Let cook and store in mason jar in the fridge for up to a week.
