Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and spread it generously on each toasted baguette slice.
Arrange the peach slices on top of the burrata.
Drizzle honey over the peach and burrata-topped crostini.
Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve the peach and burrata crostini immediately as an appetizer or a light snack.
