Mix the chicken broth, miso, and ginger together.
Add the veggies and lay the cod on top. You can salt the cod if you prefer. Add more broth if you need to—there should be enough that the bottom of the cod is in some broth.
Cover and bake for 375 for 20 minutes. If cod doesn't look flakey or looks undercooked, cook for another 5-10 minutes until cooked.
Serve with rice and chili oil.
