Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Pour the milk over the butter, but do not stir.
Scoop the flour mixture on top of the milk and butter, but do not spread it out.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
Serve hot.
