Easy Refried Beans
  1. Drain beans and put in food processor with stock. Blend. It will be thin but will thicken up with cooking.

  2. Put lard in a hot pan, melt and add onions, cooking until transluscent. Then add garlic paste and cumin to pan.

  3. Add beans to the pan and let it gently simmer until it thickens up. Add salt to taste.
