One Pan Ramen Bowls

Makes 4 servings

    Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients until combined. Set aside.

  2. Warm the sesame oil in a large deep nonstick skillet or medium heat. Swirl to coat the bottom. Once shimmering, add the ground beef and white parts of the green onion and cook breaking up the beef into tiny cubes. Drain off the grease. Transfer meat to a separate bowl to keep warm.

  3. Add water to the skillet and bring to a boil. Split the Ramen noodles at the seams and add to the skillet along with the frozen vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally until the noodles are separated and tender. Should be five minutes. Drain off any excess water that’s not been absorbed.

  4. Reduce heat to medium and return cooked meat to the skillet along with the noodles and the veggies. Pour in the sauce and cook through stirring until heated. Approximately 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Serve in bowls with a sprinkle of the green part of the onion, and crushed peanuts.
