Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix marinara, cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, ½ cup mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season to taste.
Toss gnocchi with olive oil in a 9x13-inch dish. Pour sauce over and gently combine.
Bake 25 minutes until bubbly.
Top with remaining mozzarella; broil 2–3 minutes until browned.
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve.
