Pesto Goat Cheese Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water, drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

  2. Add the pesto, half the goat cheese, and reserved pasta water to the pot; toss to coat. Fold in the tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining goat cheese before serving.
