Chicken Sliders On Texas Roadhouse Rolls
  1. Cut the chicken into 12 small pieces.

  2. Season the chicken with some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Combine flour in a breading container with salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir flour and seasonings together.

  4. Whisk together milk and eggs in a separate container.

  5. Coat chicken in flour mixture, egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture.

  6. Deep fry chicken at 375 degrees F for about 4 ½ minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees.

  7. Bake the Texas Roadhouse rolls according to the directions on the package.

  8. Spread butter glaze over the tops of the rolls once baked.

  9. Put a piece of chicken inside each roll and top with honey.
