Mississippi Pot Roast
  1. Season front & back of chuck roast with seasonings of choice. (Ranch seasoning is key)

  2. Sear both sides until you get a crispy golden brown color.

  3. Set roast aside

  4. In the same pot, add 4 cups of beef broth.

  5. Deglaze the pot

  6. Add in ranch seasoning packet & Au jus gravy packet.

  7. Add 3-4 cups of water.

  8. Place roast in pot

  9. Add 3-5 peperoncini’s

  10. Add some peperoncini juice (⅓ of a cup)

  11. Bake at 300 for 4 hours.

  12. When you have an hour and a half left, add in diced potatoes.

  13. Roast is ready when it’s fork tender

  14. Serve over rice.
