Mongolian Beef
  1. Cut all of the vegetables & meat! Onion, green onion garlic & thinly slice the beef.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce & marinate the beef with the ingredients listed.

  3. Fry the beef until its half cooked then stir fry the onion & green onions.

  4. Add dried chilli and garlic then stir fry until it's fragrant.

  5. Next, add the beef & the sauce then cook until the sauce thickens.

  6. Add sesame seeds and green onion on top and serve rightaway with warm rice, Enjoy <3
