Preheat oven to 350F
Add melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and flour to a small bowl and mix until smooth
Dollop cinnamon swirl mixture onto a plate and place in freezer for 10 minutes or until slightly frozen
In a large bowl cream butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar
Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
Add dry ingredients and combine until all dry bits are incorporated
Add cinnamon swirl chunks and white chocolate chips to the dough
Using a 2 tbsp cookie scoop, scoop cookies onto a lined baking sheet
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Allow cookies to slightly cool before icing
Mix confectioners sugar, milk and cinnamon to make icing
Ice cookies and enjoy
