Perfectly Pink Airfryer Roast Beef
  1. Take the beef out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Preheat your Airfryer to 210c, it the hottest it will go as you want to sear that beef first!

  3. Brush the beef with some olive oil and make a herb rub out of salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme, and rub that on too!

  4. Then pop into your Airfryer (I used a liner) for 15 minutes at 210c on the standard air fry setting.

  5. Take it out, flip it, lower the temp to 180c and cook for another 15 minutes for a perfect medium roast beef.

  6. Leave to rest for 20 minutes and then slice up and pour over the Air fryer juices and you will literally eat this with your hands!!
