Pistachio And Date Oatmeal
  1. Bring the water and salt to a boil.

  2. Pit the Medjool dates and cut in half lengthwise. Cut into bite sized pieces.

  3. Once boiling, add the chopped dates and oatmeal.

  4. Let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Once the oatmeal is cooked, transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with pistachio buttee. Add the honey and sweet spice, stir, and enjoy!
