Curried Zucchini Soup
  1. Combine zucchini powder, coconut milk powder and dehydrated curry paste in a medium-sized zip lock freezer bag.

  2. Pack croutons separately.

  3. Pour zucchini soup mixture into a mug.

  4. Gradually add 1 cup of boiling water, stir well.

  5. Let stand for 5 minutes to rehydrate meal completely.

  6. Serve with croutons.

  7. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.

  8. Carefully pour hot water into the bag with the dry soup mixture; stir well and seal.

  9. Let sit in a cozy for 5 minutes.

  10. Serve topped with croutons.
