Homemade Bisquick
  1. Place the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl or food processor (a food processor is best) and pulse for just a minute.

  2. Then slowly incorporate your shortening until it is fully combined. Once done place in a sealable bag or airtight container.

  3. Store the homemade Bisquick in the refrigerator for up to four months.
