3 Ingredient Tangerine Sorbet
  1. Peel the tangerines and remove any pips and as much pith as you can before placing on a tray or plate (that will fit in your freezer!) lined with baking paper.

  2. Freeze for 2 hours until solid and place in a food processor or blender along with the coconut milk and maple syrup and pulse. You will need to stop and scrape down the sides to help with blending. Eventually a creamy consistency will form.

  3. Serve and enjoy! I like to serve with melted dark chocolate or chocolate shavings. Store leftovers in a container and in the freezer and thaw for a few minutes before eating.
