  1. Start by soaking your medjool dates in hot water for at least 15 mins, this will make them soft and moist for that fudgy texture.

  2. Once soft, add your dates and the rest of the batter ingredients to your food processor and mix until fully combined.

  3. Line a tray with parchment paper and add your brownie batter, use a spoon to flatten the top.

  4. Refrigerate for 15 mins.

  5. Melt your Chocolate chips by using a double boiler method, once melted add in your peanut butter to the bowl and mix until a frosting is formed.

  6. Lather your frosting on the brownie batter and chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
