    Method:

  1. To make the shawarma paste, combine the seasonings , lemon juice and oil. Season with salt and pepper, mix well.

  2. Coat each mushroom in paste, making more if necessary.

  3. Stack the mushrooms on skewers, then roast at 400 for 30-45 minutes. Cook until charred and cooked through.

  4. Prepare all tzatziki ingredients and mix well.

  5. Heat the wraps, then assemble - garlic sauce, vegetables, mushroom shawarma, tahini and chili sauce, top with fresh parsley.
