Preheat oven to 350
Mash up banana and add in 2 tablespoon of yogurt
Add mix of flour, baking soda and ⅛ teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix until a dough forms
Roll out dough and spread with the filling
Cut dough in half and join together, length-wise, into one long strip of dough.
Roll up dough and put into a greased ramekin
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Ice the roll while still warm and serve
