Single Serving Cinnamon Roll
  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mash up banana and add in 2 tablespoon of yogurt

  3. Add mix of flour, baking soda and ⅛ teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon at a time, and mix until a dough forms

  4. Roll out dough and spread with the filling

  5. Cut dough in half and join together, length-wise, into one long strip of dough.

  6. Roll up dough and put into a greased ramekin

  7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes

  8. Ice the roll while still warm and serve
