Crab Cakes
  1. Wash and then cube the potatoes. Cover with water and add a big pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and continue to simmer until tender. Drain and then add to a bowl with butter, salt and heavy cream. Mash until your desired consistency and finish with plenty of Parmesan.

  2. Finely dice one onion, bell pepper and jalapeno. Add to a skillet on medium heat for 5-8mins until softened.

  3. Combine the mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, seasonings and lemon juice making sure to taste. Then add the crab, veggies, eggs and breadcrumbs. Gently fold together.

  4. Form cakes and bake at 400 for 25mins before broiling for 2-3mins until the tops are crispy.

  5. Add sliced zucchini and squash to a skillet and allow to sear for 5mins. Toss and then add a pinch of salt, splash of soy sauce and butter. Reduce heat and cook until veggies are fork tender.

  6. Serve cakes on top of the mashed potatoes along with the seared veggies. Top the cake with your spicy mayo.
