Brazilian Limeade (limonada Suiça)
  1. Wash limes thoroughly with dish soap and cold water. Slightly trim either end of the lime (which is usually mostly pith), and cut each lime into eighths.

  2. In a high speed blender, working in two batches at a time, blend half of the limes, half of the coconut water, and half of the granulated sugar.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl or pitcher, and repeat with the second half of the ingredients.

  4. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk along with salt.

  5. Serve immediately over ice and garnish with more lime wedges if desired. This is best consumed within the first hour.
