Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Reserve about ¼ cup of the starchy cooking liquid.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add your sausage. Cook your sausage for 3-4 minutes until nicely browned.
While the sausage is cooking, heat up the spinach and artichoke dip. In a microwave-safe bowl, place frozen dip. Heat dip in the microwave for about 3 minutes, stir, then heat again for 3-4 minutes, or until warm and melty.
Add pasta to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Then, add warm dip and stir until the pasta is well-coated with the cheesy dip. Add a splash or two of the reserved pasta water if the consistency is too thick.
Sprinkle in your garlic powder and stir well. Finish with a little lemon juice and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, if you like! Serve right away.
