No-knead Artisan Bread
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and active dry yeast until well combined.

  2. Add the warm water and mix with a wooden spoon or baking spatula until a sticky dough forms.

  3. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough sit at room temperature for 6 hours.

  4. Dust your countertop with flour. Transfer the dough to the counter and fold it gently until it forms a cohesive ball.

  5. Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper. Shape or cut the dough as desired and transfer it to a Dutch oven. Cover with the lid.

  6. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the bread in the Dutch oven with the lid on for 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes to develop a golden crust.

  7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
