Dust your countertop with flour. Transfer the dough to the counter and fold it gently until it forms a cohesive ball.
Place the dough on a sheet of baking paper. Shape or cut the dough as desired and transfer it to a Dutch oven. Cover with the lid.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Bake the bread in the Dutch oven with the lid on for 30 minutes. Then, remove the lid and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes to develop a golden crust.
