  1. Season 2,700 g of 96% lean ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin

  2. Cook the seasoned ground beef until browned

  3. Chop 4 tomatoes and 1 large head of romaine lettuce

  4. Assemble each wrap by layering a large low-carb wrap with cooked ground beef, tomatoes, lettuce, 2 tbsp light sour cream, and ¼ cup part-skim 4-cheese blend

  5. Top with a small low-carb wrap to create a crunchwrap

  6. Repeat to make approximately 18 wraps

  7. Store wraps for meal prep throughout the week
