Low Carb Ice Cream base:
2 c heavy cream
1 c unsweetened coconut milk
Pinch salt
1T vanilla
1 ½c Allulose sweetener
For Strawberry ice cream add:
8 to 10 plump red strawberries
Mash them up good drawing out some juice for color.
Pour the base ice cream mixture into ice cream freezer. Then add the strawberries.
Let ice cream freezer go around for Atleast 30 minutes.
I like to put the ice cream into a container and freeze for a few hours or till the next day.
