Pumpkin Bagels
  1. Combine your dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, chia seeds, salt, and ground flaxseed.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup.

  3. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with a spatula until a dough starts to form.

  4. Flour your hands and a clean surface. Bring the dough out of the bowl and knead for about 1 minute.

  5. Roll the dough into one large ball and cut in half vertically, then again horizontally until you have four equal parts.

  6. Take each half and roll into its own mini ball, then create a large hole in the center.

  7. Brush each bagel with an egg wash (1 egg mixed with a splash of water) and sprinkle the tops with pumpkin seeds.

  8. Place in the air fryer at 350F for 12-15 minutes or bake in the oven at 350F for 20-25 minutes.

  9. Let cool slightly, cut into, and enjoy toasted with cream cheese and pumpkin butter.
