Buffalo Chicken Bacon Loaded Mozzarella Bombs
  1. Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, cheddar, bacon, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix until thick and creamy.

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line tray with parchment paper.

  3. Flatten biscuits into 4-inch circles. Add 1 tbsp filling and 1 mozzarella cube to the center.

  4. Seal dough around filling, pinching seams and rolling into balls. Place seam-side down.

  5. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle parsley and Parmesan.

  6. Bake for 15–18 mins (oven) or air fry for 8–10 mins until golden and bubbly.

  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving filling will be hot and melty.
