For each pizza roll, place 6 pepperoni slices and 1 mozzarella cheese stick on an egg roll wrapper.
Roll it up and seal the edges with water.
Repeat until you've made 10 (or as many as you want).
Place in the air fryer and brush lightly with olive oil.
Air fry at 400 for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
They are done when they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Mix 2 tbsp of room temperature butter with 2-3 minced garlic cloves and some dried parsley and brush on each egg roll while they are still hot.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Use warm pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!
