Chili (Diet)
  1. Brown beef in a large pot over medium heat

  2. Add onion and sauté

  3. Add all spice powders and garlic and stir for a few minutes

  4. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, chipotle, bay leaves, chicken stock

  5. Simmer 20-30 min

  6. Add cider vinegar, fish sauce, and hot sauce.

  7. Taste, add salt as needed.
