Procedure-
Sift and mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix the rest of ingredients (wet). Add dry to wet and mix thoroughly. Put in a pan sprayed full, 2in hotel pan. Cover with pan sprayed foil. Bake for 35 mins at 425. Reduce heat to 400 and Uncover then continue baking for 30 mins. Check. Should be almost set. Pull and let cool completely. Cut in to 15 pieces (3x5 pieces) and wrap individually. Reheat and serve with honey butter. Shelf life- 7-9 days
