Freeze 12 dollops of biscoff spread
Preheat the oven to 160ºc fan and prep 12 cases
Add the egg, milk, oil and vanilla to a bowl and mix
Add the flour and sugar and combine
Fold through the white chocolate chips
Split ⅔ of the mix between the cases
Add a dollop of frozen biscoff
Top with the rest of the mix
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Decorate with an extra dollop of biscoff and a biscuit
