Biscoff Muffins
  1. Freeze 12 dollops of biscoff spread

  2. Preheat the oven to 160ºc fan and prep 12 cases

  3. Add the egg, milk, oil and vanilla to a bowl and mix

  4. Add the flour and sugar and combine

  5. Fold through the white chocolate chips

  6. Split ⅔ of the mix between the cases

  7. Add a dollop of frozen biscoff

  8. Top with the rest of the mix

  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes

  10. Decorate with an extra dollop of biscoff and a biscuit
