No-bake Strawberry Banana Cheesecake
  1. Crush the graham crackers, I use the food processor.

  2. Add the sugar & melted butter and mix it in with a fork.

  3. Press into your pie plate and up the sides.

  4. Chill in freezer until set firm or until ready to fill.

  5. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.

  6. Add the sugar, Jello & pudding mix. Mix well.

  7. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

  8. Slice banana & place in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.

  9. Spread filling into the pie crust on top of the banana slices.

  10. Decorate with strawberry slices.

  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
