Slice up the chicken sausages
In a skillet with olive oil, cook sausages for about 5 minutes until browned on both sides
Add sweet potato gnocchi plus 1 tablespoon of water, and heat together for another 5 minutes
In a saucepan, empty the jar of harvest soup and bring to a simmer
Add 2-3 handfuls of kale, plus the chicken sausage and sweet potato gnocchi to the soup
Stir and heat for a minute or two longer until the kale is wilted
Serve and top with Parmesan cheese
