Fall Sweet Potato Gnocchi And Kale Soup
  1. Slice up the chicken sausages

  2. In a skillet with olive oil, cook sausages for about 5 minutes until browned on both sides

  3. Add sweet potato gnocchi plus 1 tablespoon of water, and heat together for another 5 minutes

  4. In a saucepan, empty the jar of harvest soup and bring to a simmer

  5. Add 2-3 handfuls of kale, plus the chicken sausage and sweet potato gnocchi to the soup

  6. Stir and heat for a minute or two longer until the kale is wilted

  7. Serve and top with Parmesan cheese
