High Protein Pizza Bowl
  1. Spray your oven dish with low cal spray

  2. Mix the flour and blended cottage cheese until it forms a dough

  3. Press the dough into the container to create your base

  4. Cook your turkey mince in a pan with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder

  5. Top the base with sauce

  6. Add the cooked turkey mince

  7. Throw on peppers, onion and turkey pepperoni

  8. Add cheese if using

  9. Bake at 395°F for about 20 minutes
