Rice Paper Tacos
  1. Soak the rice paper wrappers in water until softened.

  2. Place the softened wrappers on a flat surface.

  3. Add the shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, avocado, and cilantro to the center of the wrapper.

  4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll up tightly to form a taco shape.

  5. Serve with lime wedges.
