In a food processor, combine the green seasoning, carrot tops and chives. With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil until you have a chunky pesto-like texture. Transfer to a bowl and wash the food processor bowl.
Put the feta and yogurt in the clean food processor and whizz until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the whipped feta with the green sauce swirled through and top with a little extra oil, black pepper, toasted seeds, any reserved carrot tops.
