Scrumptious Banana Oatmeal Protein Muffins
  1. Commence by preheating your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly lubricate a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

  2. In a food processor or blender, blend Greek yogurt, maple syrup, oats, eggs, bananas, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and vanilla essence unit the mixture is smooth and the oats have broken down wholly (about 3 minutes).

  3. Stir in your choice of mix-ins using your hand. Divide the mixture amongst the prepared muffin cups, filling each cup no more than 3-quarters of the way to the top.

  4. Sprinkle banana oatmeal muffins with extra mix-ins if desired.

  5. Bake them for 15 minutes or until their tops are set, and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  6. Permit them to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before removing them. Remove and enjoy!
