In a tapas dish or oven-safe skillet, add olive oil, sliced garlic, smoked paprika, and chili. Mix well and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the prawns. Season with salt and black pepper.
Return to the oven for 5 more minutes, until the prawns are perfectly cooked.
Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
