In a bowl, mix together the egg, milk, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken strips and coat well.
In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cornflour, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Coat each chicken strip in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
Place into the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, make the dressing by mixing together the mayo, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add chopped romaine lettuce to half of the dressing and mix well.
Assemble the wraps with the creamy lettuce, crispy chicken, and extra sauce drizzled on top.
Wrap up and serve immediately.
