In a large bowl, combine oats, canned pumpkin puree, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and honey (or honey and almond butter mixture).
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Wet your hands with water, take a handful of the mixture, and roll it into 1-inch balls.
Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, or in the freezer for 10 minutes to set the balls.
Transfer the chilled energy balls to an airtight container and store them in the fridge.
