Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and beef.
Cook until the beef is browned.
Stir in the chili powder, Cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the Tabasco sauce.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
