Prepare the chicken tenders: Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Add cornstarch and mix to coat each chicken tender.
Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix honey, water, minced garlic, rice vinegar and soy sauce to create the honey garlic sauce. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully add the coated chicken tenders and fry until they are golden brown and cooked through on both sides.
Remove excess oil if needed. Add the honey garlic sauce mixture to the pan. Cook and stir over medium heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. Should appear very glossy and sticky.
Toss to coat the tenders evenly with the honey garlic sauce.
Serve on a bed of boiled rice with vegetables of your choice on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley, chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
