Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 lb ground beef until browned. Season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Flatten each dinner roll slightly. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a piece of mozzarella or provolone cheese inside each roll. Gently roll up the rolls and place them seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
Pour ½ cup beef broth around the rollups (not directly on top).
In a small bowl, combine 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. Brush the garlic butter over the rollups.
Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, uncover and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Spoon the buttery garlic sauce from the bottom of the pan over the rollups before serving. Enjoy!
