  1. Combine and mix all the köfte ingredients together until fully amalgamated. Divide into equal-sized balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Make the sauce by adding olive oil to a pan, adding pastes, pul biber, sugar, and hot water. Boil, thicken slightly, and set aside.

  3. Press down the köfte balls between parchment paper till thin, then fry in batches in olive oil until crispy and golden.

  4. To serve, place bread cubes on a plate, drizzle with hot butter, top with köfte, tomato sauce, more butter, and serve with yogurt, grilled pepper and onion, salad, sumac, and pul biber.
