Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Split the dates open and arrange them into a rectangle on the sheet, slightly overlapping so they all touch.
Arrange the pretzels evenly over the dates.
Drizzle or spoon the peanut butter on top.
Transfer to the freezer while you melt the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate chips, then drizzle over the top.
Use a spoon to spread the chocolate so everything is evenly coated.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Freeze for 20 minutes, or until set.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
