Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce and 25g cheese on half of a tortilla.
Top with onion, mushroom, pepper slices, olives, more cheese, and basil.
Fold tortilla over, press gently.
Cook in heated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until bottom is golden.
Flip carefully, cook 2-3 more minutes until other side is golden and crispy.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Cut each pizzadilla into 2-3 pieces.
