In a bowl mix milk, yeast and sugar then add egg and mix again, add flour, salt and butter and mix until a soft dough forms, cover and leave it for 1 and half hour
On a floured surface gently flatten your dough (not too thin) then shape it as shown in video, fold the sides and roll it then place it on oven tray, cover with floured plastic so it won’t stick and leave it for 15 min, score your bread and brush with water
Bake at 420°F (215°C) for 10 minutes then reduce to 380°F (193°C) and finish baking
