In a large pot add 4 oz. Spinach to pot. Top with sun dried tomatoes and minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Top with pasta then cream, and broth.
Bring to a boil and cover and cook 7 minutes.
Add cooked Italian sausage and shredded parmesan. Stir, cover and cook 1-2 more minutes until everything is heated through and pasta is cooked.
To serve, garnish with shaved or shredded parmesan and chopped fresh basil.
